This form is for organisations interested in participating in the Empowering People – Strengthening Queensland 2026 Community Expo and Multicultural Celebration. Before completing this form, please carefully review the Empowering People – Strengthening Queensland – Stall & Participation Guidelines. To support effective planning and coordination of the event, we kindly ask you to provide detailed and accurate information.

Your thoughtful responses will help us curate a vibrant, culturally rich, and educational exhibition experience for the wider Queensland community. Please complete and submit this form by 30 April 2026. Shortlisted participants will be contacted for further discussions regarding their proposed involvement. To organise your exhibition, you may want to focus on one or two cultural/community themes. What is the theme or themes of your exhibition?

Please list the items to be displayed, including their materials, shapes, and sizes.

Please explain the cultural or community significance of the displayed items,How do the displayed items reflect or represent the theme(s) of the exhibition?

How will you present information to the audience about the displayed items? Please list all the materials or media you will use and explain how each will be utilised to convey the information.

How will you educate the audience about the themes of the exhibition? Please explain the conceptual details and provide any relevant references or sources related to the themes.

In the fast pace of modern life, many people lack the patience to stop and explore meaning beneath the surface. You need to consider how your exhibition can capture their attention at first glance and convey a message within the first few minutes. If a visitor spends 5 minutes at your exhibition, what will they learn?

We also expect you to prepare an exhibition with substantial depth, one that encourages visitors to linger and engage meaningfully. Once their attention is captured, what will they learn or take away if they spend 30 minutes at your exhibition?
