This form is for participating organisations to complete. Before completing this form, please read Empowering Migrants Expo 2025 – Stall Requirements Guidelines.To streamline the preparation process for the exposition, please provide as much detailed information as possible. Carefully consider and answer each question, as this will demonstrate your ability to curate a cultural and educational exhibition.

To promote your exhibition, please create a title that captures its essence and appeals to the audience. Which country's culture will you be presenting, and what is the title of your exhibition?

To organise your exhibition, you may want to focus on one or two cultural/community themes. What is the theme or themes of your exhibition?

Please list the items to be displayed, including their materials, shapes, and sizes.

Please explain the cultural or community significance of the displayed items,How do the displayed items reflect or represent the theme(s) of the exhibition?

How will you present information to the audience about the displayed items? Please list all the materials or media you will use and explain how each will be utilised to convey the information.

How will you educate the audience about the themes of the exhibition? Please explain the conceptual details and provide any relevant references or sources related to the themes.

In the fast pace of modern life, many people lack the patience to stop and explore meaning beneath the surface. You need to consider how your exhibition can capture their attention at first glance and convey a message within the first few minutes. If a visitor spends 5 minutes at your exhibition, what will they learn?

We also expect you to prepare an exhibition with substantial depth, one that encourages visitors to linger and engage meaningfully. Once their attention is captured, what will they learn or take away if they spend 30 minutes at your exhibition?

How will you promote the Expo through your network?

Does your organisation have public liability insurance? Yes, we do. We can provide a copy to the event organizers prior to the Expo.Not yet, but we can arrange it and provide a copy to the event organizers prior to the Expo, if required.
